We had a wonderful time at the Archivists and Librarians in the History of the Health Sciences and American Association for the History of Medicine conferences in New Haven, Connecticut, last week. If you were there, we hope you did, too!
In case you happened to miss them, here are a few highlights from our time…
- Brandy Schillace (of the Daily Dose) was kind enough to Storify the Tweets from ALHHS.
- Check out Morbid Anatomy‘s Youtube channel.
- Jeffrey Reznick of the US National Library of Medicine received an award of merit from the ALHHS for his article, “Embracing the Future as Stewards of the Past: Charting a Course Forward for Historical Medical Libraries and Archives.”
- Michelle DiMeo of the Chemical Heritage Foundation (and a MHL advisory board member) also received an ALHHS award of merit for her work on a special issue of RBM based on the College of Physicians of Philadelphia’s 200th anniversary celebration.
- And a quick Storification of Tweets with the #AAHM15 tag!
