We’ve added a few things to our Tools for Digital Research page…
…the NIH Office of Rare Diseases Research. The website includes information on rare diseases, rare disease genetics, research and clinical trials, patient advocacy, and much more.
…the Applied Math and Science Education Repository. AMSER is a portal of educational resources, funded by the National Science Foundation and put together by a team of partners led by the Internet Scout. (The Scout itself is a great resource for a weekly taste of what’s new and best online: subscribing to their newsletter is a great idea if you haven’t already!)
…the National Science Digital Library, one of the project partners in AMSER: more educational resources for teachers.
…we’ve also got some great new titles that have been recently added to our Internet Archive collection from NLM and Columbia, including The Dublin Practice of Midwifery, The Physician for Ships, Descripcion de colera-morbo asiatico and a rich lode of yearbooks from the Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery.
As always, for more from the Medical Heritage Library, please visit our full collection!
